Withdrawal information
The following information applies to consumers entering into distance contracts for our digital products.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Alexander Feldmann, Allee zu den Mühlenstücken 2, 14641 Nauen, Germany, email: info@plainunit.com, telephone: +49 176 45225000 — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs arising from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Following a valid withdrawal, the contractual right to use the digital product concerned ends. A free trial does not create a payment obligation. These terms do not provide for an automatic early loss of your right of withdrawal.
